Sept 6th, 2014 from 10a-4pm. Parada Dentures and it’s partner Progressive Dental Hygiene are happy to fabricate your custom ProForm guards at a cost of $45 each guard. A variety of color options are available. Ask our clinic about special pricing for a second guard to be fabricated.
