The soft base has a porous texture which makes it a material which is not so easy to clean and also means that you should have your dentures checked by a denturist regularly to ensure that your softliner is maintained in good condition. It is very important that you follow the instructions provided by our denturist and that any dentures with softliner material are not soaked for long duration’s of time; instead they should be cleaned but then allowed to remain dry overnight. Depending on how you care for your softliner will have a direct impact on how long the material will last on your denture.
