Dates for the mouth guard clinics will be as follows for the Fall 2017 sports season:
Saturday August 26th, 2017 – 9am to 12pm
Thursday September 7th, 2017 – 4pm to 7pm
Thursday September 21st, 2017 – 4pm to 7pm
ProForm sports mouthguards (professional grade laminate) will be fabricated as always guards will be made at a cost of $40 per guard during the clinics only. As in our previous years a variety of color options will be available – we have a great selection of color options including Gryphon colors!! Appointments are not necessary but are recommended call the office at 519-766-1113 or [email protected] to schedule to avoid wait times. If you can’t make it during one of the above dates – call the office at 519-766-1113 and we can schedule an appointment for you during regular business hours. Parent’s don’t forget part of the service is that if your child’s mouthguard needs any adjustment we are here to do that for you, please do not try to adjust the sports mouth guards yourselves. 🙂
