Parada Dentures is pleased to announce our upcoming custom sports mouthguard clinics. ProForm mouth guards in a variety of colors including but not limited to sparkle, tie dye and Guelph Gryphon colors. Guards will be fabricated at a cost of $45 each guard. A percentage of each mouthguard purchased is going back to GMHA in support of Guelph’s up and coming Hockey players.

Once you loose your teeth you can’t get them back so protection during the upcoming sports season is important! ProForm custom sports mouthguards are being fabricated at a cost of $45 each guard. A variety of colors including multi-color, tie dye and sparkle guards are available in our selection. Note to parents: adjustments are included in the cost of fabrication of the guard so there is no need to try to make adjustments to your child’s mouthguard yourself.

Do your gums feel sore when you wear your dentures? A soft liner may be the right option for you if you have severely receded or flat gums, you are experiencing chronic soreness or your gums have prominent or sharp bony areas.
Used mainly for lower dentures, the soft liner is built into your denture prosthesis. A soft liner provides greater comfort, clinical evidence indicates that almost everyone tolerates soft liner materials and with soft liners, many denture wearers report that they can chew food more comfortably.
With a soft liner in your denture, a greater consideration in the use of proper cleaners and good home care must be given. It is recommended that your dentures be assessed on an annual basis by your denturist to ensure continued proper fit and health or your oral tissues. At Parada Dentures regardless of if you have a soft liner in your denture or not, we recommend an annual oral examination to all of our patients-this examination is completed at no charge to our patients.
